Mindful Medic was founded by James Groves and Will Gao after they met as University College London Medical Students. Experiencing first-hand how Mindfulness has the potential to transform medical student life for the better, we have developed a passion for training others to spend more time in the present moment. It is our ambition to teach Gold-Standard modern-day-relevant Mindfulness to the next generation of doctors, helping them to live more fully, care more compassionately and develop the tools they need to discover their best selves.

Those who develop this skill of present-moment living by practicing Mindfulness know first-hand that this training can make stress easier to handle and life a richer and more wonderful experience.

The Mindfulness training course delivered by medics, for medics.
This 30-day journey gives medical students and doctors who are total "Mindfulness beginners" the opportunity to fully experience what Mindfulness is about and to experiment with the effects it can have on their mind and body. We have found that participants will leave the course with an newfound set of skills for living and the tools they need to discover their best selves.
